Sponsor Me: Add Your Signature to the 7 Wonders in 7 Days T-shirt

As I announced last week, I’m raising the funds I need to go on the 7 Wonders in 7 Days fundraising round-the-world trip through an innovative sponsored t-shirt.

On 9th September 10th October 2010 (10/10/10), myself and one lucky person will be embarking on a high speed transcontinental dash around the globe with the goal of raising £777,000 for 7 charities.  Read more about the date change from 9/09/09 to 10/10/10.

The 7 charities are:
Alzheimer’s Research Trust, Diabetes UK, Open Doors, Young Minds, British Red Cross, Feed The Minds and The Jessie Ekweozor Memorial Foundation.

The last charity is a foundation my parents are starting in memory of her late grandmother whose death from Alzheimer’s inspired the whole trip.  Read more about the inspiration behind 7 Wonders in 7 Days.

Please support me by donating £10 to add your signature to the specially designed t-shirt I will be wearing during the trip.

Here’s what you get for sponsoring me:

1.    Your signature is printed on the back of the T-shirt I am wearing on the trip, in one of the number 7s!

2.    Your name and a life-time link to your website or blog or Twitter or Facebook profile is added to the Sponsors page.

There will only be 1400 names on the T-shirt so sponsoring me is a limited, once in a lifetime opportunity!

I’m raising enough money for you to come along

I’m raising £14,000 because I am inviting one lucky person to join me on the trip which has been estimated as costing around £7000 by independent travel experts, Trailfinders.  Find out how you can join me!

For the search engine experts amongst you, I did a quick check on the Page Rank of this website and discovered it is a respectable PR4.

Not bad for a site that has been around for 3 months.

The link back to your website or blog or Twitter or Facebook profile is a lifetime one, meaning that it will grow in value as the campaign progresses not unlike the Million Dollar Home Page which inspired the idea.
