Get Fit for Sport Relief!
I’ve arranged a fortnightly run for Sport Relief 2010 at the indoor running track at the Manchester Regional Arena, the first of which is on Saturday 27th February from 2pm-4pm. If you live in or around Manchester, you’re welcome to join me. All levels of runner invited – from complete beginner to practised weekly jogger!
We’ll be doing a couple of warm up exercises and ‘practice miles’ ahead of the Manchester Sport Relief Mile in Spinningfields on 21st March.
How to sign up for the first 7 Wonders in 7 Days Sport Relief Mile Run at Sportcity
- To take part, please make a donation of £5 or more to Sport Relief and the other 6 charities I am fundraising for through 7 Wonders in 7 Days on our page on Virgin Money Giving.
- Once you’ve done so, please let me know you’re coming by leaving a comment below so that I can give the lovely folk at Sportcity a rough idea of numbers.
- Please indicate if you need parking in your comment and whether you will be bringing any participants or spectators.
Free parking is provided.
You are welcome to invite as many people as you wish to join you! I only ask that each person donates a minimum of £5 too. Thank you so much. You can also donate if you can’t/don’t wish to attend!
Spectators more than welcome. Please let me know how many you may be bringing as well.
