Jon Lancaster & Isy Suttie To Guest Star In Thursday’s Young Minds UK Twitter Q&A
It’s been a fantastic week for the 7 wonders in 7 days project. Last week the team hosted what could well be the UK’s first interactive facebook Q&A in support of Diabetes UK. Following that, the buzz had barely dissipated before Young Minds UK gave their official support for the fund-raising campaign. Now, we have another special announcement.
Youngs Minds ambassador and young, upcoming British racing star Jon Lancaster (@Lancaster4F1) will be joining us live for a Twitter Q&A on Thursday from 2pm in aid of the charity and Chi-Chi’s innovative fund-raising initiative.
We’ll also be sharing the thoughts and wisdom of charming comedienne Isy Suttie (@isysuttie), who plays the quirky but lovable Dobby in Channel 4’s Peep Show, throughout the day.
The Q&A will aim to raise awareness about emotional and psychological issues that are affecting children and young people today. We are asking everyone, therefore, to get involved by telling us what 7 things make your life easier and what 7 things make your life more difficult. It could just be something as simple as sharing moments with friends and family, or the difficulty of having a distant (or intervening) parent. Let us know how it affects you. After all, a problem shared is a problem halved.
And, of course, we’ll also be putting your submitted questions to Jon.
To get involved simply follow @7wondersin7days on Twitter and send us your 7 things and your questions via a tweet or direct message. Alternatively, you can add us on facebook and send us your comments on our wall. We’ll be taking your thoughts and questions all week and sharing them with our special guest on Thursday.
7 wonders in 7 days aims to raise money for 7 different charities, including Young Minds UK. Help us achieve our goal by donating here.
