Get Fit Run #2: It’s not how you start…

So I did the second Get Fit Run on Saturday.

The relatively short notice for my running companions (had such a busy start to the week I couldn’t communicate the availabilty of the venue early enough) meant I was the only one pegging it round the track.

Here’s a 30 second video I filmed before kicking off.

Managed to do 4 separate circuits of 8 laps around the 200m track as shared on Twitter here:

Just done 5km at the 2nd Get Fit Run for @7wondersin7days at Sportcity. Did it in 3 sections mind: 3 separate miles. Still shattered. #7w7d – @realfreshtv
