Exciting news indeed…

Well-respected Manchester digital agency Code Computer Love are celebrating their 10th birthday on the same day as the 7 Wonders in 7 Days Charity Auction and Tweetup and have kindly agreed to invite their guests to come along to the charity tweetup before hitting their shindig at the Mint Lounge.

I’ve moved back Peter’s performance to accommodate this and so the musical merriment will be kicking off at 7pm.  Doors are open from 6pm.

Code’s birthday celebrations start at the Mint Lounge in the Northern Quarter at 9pm.

There’s also lots of really good news to come about the event.  I’ve been working with Carolyn Hughes, PR consultant behind the Manchester is Ace blog and first active member of Team 7 Wonders to organise the press release for the event and it’s looking belter!

On the cards is a media launch that includes a fantastic 7 Wonders lunch sponsored by a local oriental restaurant.  Can’t name names now until it’s all confirmed!

I’ll be updating the Team 7 Wonders page later tonight.  There have been a few more members since my last blog post.

Another is the illustrious @julianlstar aka the Social Media Spaniel behind the Social Media Cafe Manchester.  Julian runs LittleStar, a creative media solutions company in Manchester and has kindly agreed to bring the Twitter backchannel that is the bedrock of the Social Media Cafe Manchester to the tweetup!

I’m so looking forward to seeing all those tweets about Peter’s performance whirl around the room and the internet on the infamous plasma screen!
