Some very exciting news about the 7 Wonders in 7 Days charity auction and tweetup at The Living Room, Deansgate on 25th June.
Award winning cellist and pioneer of contemporary music, Peter Gregson will be performing at the event!
Peter Gregson fuses classical and contemporary music with contemporary digital culture, in March he performed at Twitter’s offices in San Francisco.
Biz Stone, co-founder of and Creative Director of Twitter thought highly enough about it to tweet a link to his video:
@biz Video of Peter Gregson playing cello at Twitter HQ back in March: http://vimeo.com/4280751 (the Bach at 3:40 is especially good)
Watch that here:

More recently, in April he performed at the Classic FM Live concert at a sold out Royal Albert Hall.
Peter Gregson won the prestigious Glenfiddich Spirit of Scotland award in November 2008, beating off competition from established acts like Glasvegas and KT Tunstall. He was recently the cellist on the Massachusetts Institute of Technology’s revolutionary HyperBow project.
Tickets for this very special performance are now on sale for an eye popping £4! There are only a hundred tickets available so get yours before they go!
