I am delighted to be supporting the following 7 charities through the epic round-the-world charity fundraising trip that is 7 Wonders in 7 Days. Through various activities between now and the trip in October, I aim to raise £777,000 which will be split equally between all 7 charities by Virgin Money Giving. Please consider donating. Alzheimer’s Research Trust is funding world-class research to find ways to cure, prevent or treat Alzheimer’s disease and related dementias.

Diabetes UK is the largest organisation in the UK working for people with diabetes, funding research, campaigning and helping people live with the condition.

Open Doors provides Bibles, Christian literature, training and practical support to the persecuted church worldwide. We are the world’s largest outreach to persecuted Christians, working in the most high-risk places.

Comic Relief through support of Sport Relief 2010
Comic Relief’s mission, thanks to it’s comedy heritage and the fantastic relationship it enjoys with the BBC, is ‘positive change through the power of entertainment’.
Comic Relief’s biggest tool, in trying to achieve these two goals, is the ability to inspire people across the whole country especially those who don’t normally do charity – to do charity.

Victory Outreach Manchester helps drug addicts, alcoholics and gang members rediscover their dignity. Since 2004, the Manchester arm of Victory Outreach, the international, church-oriented Christian ministry has helped young men and women find a place to belong and fulfil their destiny.
