7 Wonders in 7 Days Get Fit Run Featured on Manchester Evening News
Yesterday, a little birdie sent me a text message to share that tomorrow’s run had been given a shout on the Manchester Evening News Salford Advertiser website.
Even now it’s the second most popular story.
Lovely stuff!
That picture was taken in the last summer, for the record. Almost everyone that knows me eventually gets accustomed to my many hair style changes!
Must try and pick up a few copies, unlike last summer when I had to rely on friends donating clippings of an article in the Salford Advertiser because I didn’t buy one in time…
This week’s been non-stop, I’m trying hard to promote tomorrow’s run and juggle all the other stuff I need to do.
Still, I’m really looking forward to it, will be good to be properly energetic in a sports hall. Haven’t done that in a while.
You can still join me and a few friends as we get fit for Sport Relief tomorrow afternoon. Sign up!
Please sponsor me if you can’t/won’t make it tomorrow. Each donation (plus any Gift Aid) is split automatically between all 7 charities. Every little helps. Thanks so much.
Thanks also to the recent sponsors, especially all you lovely anonymous donors …
It’s people like you that make every agonizing stop (ooh-er Freudian slip? I meant step) towards making the epic adventure that is 7 Wonders in 7 Days a reality worth it.
Now I’d like to know what you think.
Is a 1 mile run too short or should I aim for 3 or 6 miles? Let me know in the comments. Your thoughts welcome…
